In Memory of
Dr. Stuart Dale Cook, PhD
September 11, 1933 - May 5, 2010
After more than 50 years of service, our dear friend and mentor, Stuart Dale Cook, was called home to his reward. Stu passed away as a result of injuries received in an auto accident near Vaalwater, South Africa. His wife Marilyn also suffered severe injuries and is now recovering at the home of their daughter, Cathie Aub, in Johannesburg, RSA. As a result, the family has suffered a great expense for hospital and funeral costs and Safari Insight Mission has established a fund to assist the family with these expenses. If you would like to express your respects for Stu and assist in Marilyn’s recovery we have provided several ways you can do that.

Be a Part of Stu Cooks Legacy
Stu Cook was a long time friend of Safari Insight Mission, Inc. President, Al Corson. During Al’s visits to South Africa and Mozambique in 2005 and 2006, Stu became influential in his decision to minister to the people in Africa. Since then, Stu has been a mentor to this mission organization and was a strong force behind the development of our vision, mission, and goals and in 2009 he accepted a position on our Board of Directors.
Safari Insight Mission is dedicated to carrying on Stu’s legacy in South Africa, Mozambique, and the US. Stu authored several books “Universe Lost”, “The Thought that Counts”, and “The Principle of the Thing” which are only available through Safari Insight Mission, Inc. This set of books greatly influenced the direction of our mission. If you would like to be a part of Stu’s legacy you can purchase this limited print set for $35 + $5 S&H simply by clicking here.
If you would like a set of the books and provide assistance for the family’s expenses, then click the “Donate” button below to order the books and provide an additional amount at checkout. Any amount over the cost of the books ($40) will go directly to the family.
